Below you will find information about hotels and transportation. Transportation details, including hotel shuttles to and from the wedding venue, will be updated as we finalize those details.

Shuttle Update
To keep things running smoothly and accommodate the greatest number of our beloved guests, our wedding shuttles will now operate exclusively between the Artisan Hotel and Birch Wood Vineyards. Guests staying at the Holiday Inn are welcome to drive or take a quick Uber/Lyft to the Artisan to board the shuttle.
If you’re staying at the Holiday Inn and need a ride back at the end of the night, we’re happy to order you your own Uber or Lyft to make sure you get home safely.
However, the after party is across the street from the Artisan -- so you should just hop on the shuttle to the Artisan and hang out with us!
Here is the shuttle schedule:
Shuttle 1 - Depart Artisan at 3:45 p.m. Arrive to venue by approximately 4:08 p.m. (time for traffic).
Shuttle 2 - Depart Artisan at 3:55 p.m. Arrive at venue by approximately 4:17 p.m. (time for traffic).
We will have an early return shuttle at 9:00 p.m. for those who would like to end the night early.
Shuttles will depart the venue at the end of the reception and return to the Artisan. The after party is at Tavern in the Square (same area as hotel).

The room rate is good whether you stay for one night or two. Check in as at 3:00 p.m. The Artisan cannot guarantee early check in, but it may be requested dependent upon availability. To guarantee your ability to get ready at the hotel, come up the night before and enjoy the festive Tuscan Village!
Current rate: King room $249/night, Two queens $269/night. Parking is $15/night for self park and $25/night for valet.

Self parking is $3/night.

Using their messaging system, you will receive a text from the hotel 7 days prior to arrival and early check in requests can be submitted then. To guarantee your ability to get ready at the hotel, come up the night before and enjoy the festive Tuscan Village!
